Attached is a copy of the letter provided to you on Nov. 5, 2008 regarding the Management and Curriculum Audit. As mentioned in the memo, the survey will be anonymous and take about 15 minutes to complete.
Please forward the teachers survey on line to all your faculty members since we do not have access to their email addresses. The Superintendent is requesting that you document the confirmation that the surveys are sent out to your teachers.
The surveys are also forwarded to your assistant school principals for their assistance.
The second on-line survey is for all school administrators to complete.
The Superintendent is requesting full cooperation from the all school administrators and faculty.
