Pursuant to GEPB policy requiring monthly evacuation drills, the dates given below have been identified for conducting evacuation drills. Teachers are advised to review the evacuation policies and procedures, including the evacuation route from each assign classroom, and to ensure they have copies of the evacuation attendance report available for use.
While every attempt will be made to adhere to the schedule below, various factors, such as inclement weather or staff shortages, may require an adjustment in the schedule. If this happens, all school personnel will be notified when the alternate date will be.

School personnel are reminded that ALL evacuation drills are announced in advance, conducted during class time, and never held during inclement weather. Therefore, should find an evacuation being held during rainy weather, during non-instructional (lunch, passing time, etc.), or without advance notice, you may conclude it is NOT a practice evacuation and should evacuate student with all urgency.
